I'm back!
I've realised that enough is enough, I have put too much weight on and not enough muscle.
I am now cutting down on the wrong foods and more on the right, I also am going hard on the training (weights)
No 20 min workout, once a week... I will keep you all posted and once there is a good difference i will upload the before and after pictures :D

For the past few months i haven't been training at all apart from the occasional 30 minutes on the weight bench. The reason I am on a break is due to the 3000 pound car insurance i will be paying out starting April. After the car insurance is sorted I am hoping to get back to the usual training

This heat is just too hot for training! HaHa it makes one press up seem like 50. Yesterdays session i had to remove my rash guard because it was too hot. But i supose the circuit training wasnt the best thing to do in the heat! But atleast last nights deserts calories have deffo been s

Todays MMA Session was Cardio based. It was extremely Hot and Crowded! So not only the sun was killing our workout but the body heat didnt help either! The session started with circuit training. The circuit envolved Skipping, Sit ups, Inverted sit ups, Burpees, Squat thrust, Knee Jumps, Leg Raises, Push Ups (Medicine Ball), Sit up (Medicine Ball), Non stop Punching, Kicks, Elbows, Knees on Kick shield. Then we moved on to Flexibility Practice. Then to finish off the session we all went 50% live Jujitsu before Loosening the legs and arms up. What a sweaty session! Ha Ha

Recently joined a local Gym with a friend from my MMA Sessions. The Gym consists of a Cardio Room, Strength Conditioning Room (Weights), Swimming Pool, Sauna & finally a Steam room. I find after spending 15-25 mins in the cardio room (warming up) then spending 1 hour and 30'ish minutes in the Strength Conditioning Room, Having a Swim & then secondly taking 10 minutes in the steam room is a relaxing way to cool down after the workout. I love it! Dont want to over do it since i have my MMA Sessions straight after the Gym so im going to the Gym 2-3 times a week at the moment.

Just got back from my Sparring session, one word "Soar!" Had a great 100% effort sparring session. Was awesome, was put on the floor my a mid section kick, Knocked my opponent to the floor with a punch. We even went through the fire exit (i didnt realise, i was in the zone lol) until my teacher said something, was funny. Also we got some good leg kicks in there, legs dead.

Today in my training time i chose to follow through with a suggestion from Eric Wong ( www.EricWongMMA.com ) I found the body weight circuit tiring and worth the effort. When i looked at it i must be honest, i thought "Easy, nothing compared to my workouts during my mma classes" It was close.

Went to the beach today for another day of conditioning, i forgot to check the tide times and the tide was in....luckily there was a square piece of land higher up so stopped there instead to do circuit training. I have a video of one circuit i did whilst there. I will be uploading the video to the site anytime from now.

Have come back from my MMA session which was a sparring session. Was good. Learnt another couple of combonations and a unusual one aswell (may show it in a future video) My Shin Pads and Feet Pads are now due for next monday. The rash guard anytime soon, Hopefully tommorrow (sick of waiting!)

Going to MMA in around 30 mins and is wondering what the martial art we  will be doing tonight. Dont mind any of the martial arts. I have ordered some shin and foot pads for sparring a few days ago so i am waiting for them to come. Also have ordered a rash guard for my jujitsu classes mainly, that was £20 which i thought was the best offer im going to get since most rash guards seem to be priced at £30- £40!
